For nearly three decades, HHF Planners has provided creative solutions to Navy, Marine Corps, Army, and Joint Command elements in the Pacific Region and the U.S. mainland. These solutions will ensure a high level of mission readiness for operational forces, logistic providers, and base planners, while providing community support facilities and a high quality of life for active duty and dependent populations. More recently, HHF’s staff has been intimately involved with Department of Defense (DoD) initiatives to realign military forces from the Atlantic to Pacific Region. Furthermore, the firm has been on the cutting edge of plans related to the Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI) that will relocate Marine Corps forces from Japan to other locations in the region.

The HHF team understands the rapidly changing strategic environment in the Pacific. With an extensive background in federal planning, staff members are able to mobilize quickly on a wide range of planning projects. Examples include master planning, preparation of facility requirements, site planning, feasibility analysis, cost estimating, economic analysis, geo-spatial mapping, and sustainable design.
