Tomoko Naka is an integral part of HHF’s Landscape Architecture team. Her skills include landscape planting, irrigation, and lighting design, as well as water feature and hardscape design. In addition to proficiency with AutoCAD drafting and design, she assists in creating graphic and color renderings for presentations. Her strengths are organizing and creating detailed landscape construction documents, and project coordination. Prior to joining HHF, Tomoko was a landscape designer at a landscape architecture and contractor firm in San Rafael, California as well as a local landscape architecture firm that specializes in design with water features and making use of Hawaiian culture and native plants. She has gained a broad range of experience in commercial, condominium, resort, housing, institutional, military, and high-end residential projects.
Tomoko’s memorable work experience was building a large 8’x10’ physical model for designing landscaping for an estate project.
