Tom’s major areas of expertise include developing master and land use concept plans, environmental assessment/impact studies, bike/pedestrian transportation plans, and preparing and managing major entitlement applications. His recent project responsibilities include master planning and entitlement services for public sector projects, environmental impact studies for several renewable energy projects, highest and best use analysis, and a range other land use and facilities studies. He currently serves as president of HHF Planners.
