Location: U.S. Territories (Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, American Samoa, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands) 

The three-phase facility management program established a facility inventory, prioritized capital improvement plans, and implemented facility management improvements for all public schools in four U.S. territories, 115 school campuses and nearly 1,600 separate buildings in total. The program resulted in an unprecedented investment of $17M to reduce high priority health and safety deferred maintenance backlogs.
