Facilities and Land Use Senior Planner/Project Manager

Position Summary:

Senior Planner/Project Manager for resiliency, facility, and land use planning projects. The position requires skill in research, presentation and report writing, interaction with clients and technical experts, and land use design. Some travel is required.

Primary Duties (Major Responsibilities/Activities):

  • Manage all aspects of projects including HHF planning staff, subconsultants, schedules and billing projections
  • Coordinate effectively with government representatives, project consultants, and client representatives
  • Design and implement strategies for effective research, stakeholder engagement, and field reconnaissance
  • Lead collaborative planning teams and client, government, and project team presentations
  • Technical writing, analysis, and evaluation for planning reports

Facilities and Land Use Project Planner

Position Summary:

Project Planner for resiliency, facility, and land use planning projects. The firm offers flexible work arrangements and a generous benefits package. Environmental and Land Use Planner

Position Summary: Project Planner for environmental and land use planning assignments responsible for preparing master plans, entitlement applications and environmental assessments. Perform research, site visits, data collection, report writing, interaction with clients and technical experts, and the community.  Some travel is required; experience in federal agency planning is desirable.

Senior Landscape Architect

Position Summary:

Senior Landscape Architect for a wide range of Landscape Architecture projects throughout the Pacific Region. Responsible for the preparation of master plans, conceptual plans, construction drawings and construction observation services for landscape design projects. The position requires understanding of Hawai‘i and its unique culture and environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, presentation experience, and ability to interact with clients and collaborate with other design disciplines. There is some potential for travel.

Primary Duties (Major Responsibilities/Activities):

  • Managing all aspects of projects including HHF planning staff, subconsultants, schedules, and billing projections
  • Coordinating effectively with design team members, project consultants, and client representatives

Bookkeeper

Position Summary: Supports the HHF Accounting Manager; AP, Payroll, light AR and miscellaneous related tasks.

Minimum Qualifications: Five (5) years in comparable bookkeeping position or two (2) years of experience and Associates/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.

Desired Qualifications: Experience in professional services firm, familiarity with monthly billing cycles, and experience using Ajera accounting software.
