HHF’s landscape architects designed the Wai‘alae Golf Course Residence Landscape complementary to the stunning tropical modern home by Peter Vincent Architects, with its unique Hawai‘i flare. This refined contemporary garden was achieved by limiting the colors of flowers to white and blue, selecting plants with deep green foliage and smaller leaves, layering neatly trimmed shrub hedges, and emphasizing clean lines and planes in composition.
Mokulua High Performance Builder led the construction team and the home was built to high environmental standards including LEED Platinum, Energy Star and Indoor Air Plus. The landscape follows suit with a number of sustainable design features and installation was carefully executed to details by Ultimate Innovations.
