Assessment of Buildings and Classrooms
In 2012 and 2013, HHF conducted an assessment of the physical condition of public schools in the U.S. Insular Areas (Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, Guam, American Samoa and U.S. Virgin Islands). HHF created and managed the entire IT process from data collection to database development and web-enabled reporting. The nature of on-site assessments required creation of data collection tools, procurement of mobile devices and development of a centralized database as well as a database-driven website to report the inspection results.
