Helber Hastert & Fee has extensive experience working on military master planning and environmental planning documents and studies throughout the Pacific Region and the U.S. mainland.

Since receiving its first Department of Defense (DOD) contract in 1985, HHF has been involved in numerous land and facility studies requiring expertise in master planning, the development of facility requirements, site planning, conceptual functional design, the concept of operations analysis, cost estimating, economic analysis, geo-spatial mapping, and sustainability concepts.
