Oahu Complex Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan (INRMP)

Client: Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Pacific

HHF is preparing an INRMP for Commander, Navy Region Hawaii’s Oahu Complex which includes Naval Magazine Pearl Harbor’s West Loch and Lualualei Branches, Naval Radio Transmitter Facility Lualualei, Naval Computer and Telecommunications Area Master Station, Pacific, retained lands at the former Naval Station Barbers Point and the Pearl Harbor Naval Complex. The INRMP updates and integrates original INRMPs prepared for each of the installations in 2001. The Oahu Complex consists of approximately 25,000 acres of land and tidal waters.

INRMPs are prepared in accordance with the Sikes Act Improvement Act of 1997 in cooperation with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and appropriate State fish and game agencies. The INRMP should reflect mutual agreements of the three parties concerning conservation, protection, and management of fish and wildlife resources on the installation.
