Tina Bushnell joined Helber, Hastert and Fee in 2008. Since joining the firm, she has been working on the Historic Asset Management Plan, Cultural Landscape Study for Hawai‘i’s Navy lands.
Having grown up on the island of Kaua‘i, Tina shares a deep love of the islands and island life. She obtained an undergraduate degree in Anthropology and Geology from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington. Currently, she is working towards her masters in Geography from the University of Hawai‘i at Mānoa.
Prior to joining HHF, Tina gained valuable experience in cultural resource management working on a variety of archaeological studies including data recovery projects, inventory surveys and burial treatment plans and reports. In recent years, she was engaged in conducting cultural impact assessments at Cultural Surveys Hawaii. Her work with cultural impact assessments has fostered an appreciation for the power of stories and histories and the importance of community participation in historic preservation and planning.
